The Dress

In a nod to vintage glamour, this dress has it all!
Beautiful matte Mikado fabric with tulle underlay for volume, silk detailing on the sweetheart bodice and hips, a beautiful train, and buttons all the way down the back, this dress made me feel like a classic Hollywood Movie Star!

The structured material gave the appearance of firmness (flaw hiding!) and the length of the dress made me feel elegant and slim.

Worn to an indoor ceremony ONLY. Then changed into reception gown. (Please see my other listing!)
5'8 and wore 3" heels. The dress was unaltered in length.

D2202 is a 2017 collection Essense Gown purchased at a bridal store in downtown San Francisco. Can provide all receipts if requested.

Dress bodice brought in (I'm pear shaped) to fit my waist and chest. B cups are sewn to the bodice that can be easily removed.

Custom Lace Detailing: In the original dress, the lace ends at the natural waist. This created a look of shortness I was not fond of. This dress had $700+ worth of hand-sewn lace detailing added to the hips to create a slimming silhouette that I ADORED.
I have extra lace left over ordered directly from the Australian manufacturer that I would be happy to include.
