The Dress

I bought this lovely “boho chic with a classic romantic touch” dress from French designer Rime Arodaky in Berlin, Germany at the end of 2020 for my destination Caribbean wedding.
My wedding had to be postponed a couple of times due to the pandemic unfortunately, and so the wedding finally took place in February 2023 which is when the dress was first and last worn.

The dress is super easy to walk in and light which was perfect for a tropical wedding and because I love to dance and feel comfortable, this was definitely an important aspect that I absolutely loved about this dress.

I am really happy to sell the dress of my dreams to the next person in hopes that it makes them just as happy as it made me. **I am 5’6 and the shoes I was wearing on the wedding day were 3,3 inches high. The total length of the dress is 146cm**

Alterations

As part of my alterations, we added a bustle for the train, making it even easier to walk around in the dress for the rest of the evening. We also added an optional hidden top button on the lower back which makes the dress a bit more form fitting which was great for the photos and I was able to unbutton it during dinner and dancing :)
